Imperial Benefits called me in December saying that I need to pay a one time only fee for a mastercard, and that should be receiving it within 30 days. I paid through my checking account on 12/15. Mid January rolls around and I call and the person I spoke with said, "Yeah right, uh huh." When I told him I never received my card and that I would like another one, he said that he would resend the packet in the mail.

Another two weeks go by and no packet. I call back and I get the same person again who sighs this time and says, "Oh yeah we'll get this out to you on Friday." So I told him that's what you said two weeks ago, and then he said, "Well we had a problem with the mail, and it will be there Tuesday." I told him that that wasn't acceptable and I needed to speak with a supervisor. He said that he was transferring me and hung up on me.

I called back three times, and he hung up on me saying that he would transfer me. I called froom another phone line and got a different person a week later who said that my request for another packet never got sent nor did my request for a refund. The person said that he woulld be putting in my request.

This was now beginning of March. I called again today after calling my bank to find oout if my account had been credited, and got the rude person that I always get when I dial from my number. I asked him why I haven't received my refund and he responded with there was a problem with my account. He would not tell me what the problem was and said that his supervisor would call me back.

I waited 2 hours and no call. I called back and asked for a supervisor his exscuse this time was that he's tied up and won't be making calls until 4pm. I asked the guy if I could I speak with someone else and he hung up on me again. This is after he insisted that he had only spoken to me one time throughout the past 4 going on 5 months, and had nerve enough to argue with me. I want my money back now!!
