My husband received a letter from a Sharon O'Brien asking him to contact a David Johnson, who is his North American Claim Agent, to receive further instructions to claim the winnings.

My husband was told to (after talking with Mr. Johnson)on 02/05/2007 he then proceeded to tell my husband to go and deposit the money into his bank account, then instructed him to call him back for further instructions after the check has cleared, he was then told to go to "moneygram" "western union" to send the funds in the amount of $2600.00 to his "AGENTS" James Peel 65 Main St,London Ontario ("moneygram") then to send the remainding balance of $1250.00 to Mary Jones 100 Main Street Dunn NC. and remember do not tell anyone because it is a large sum of money and people will "kill" you over it.

He also said do not disclose "your claim number"and all the paperwork (receipts) to anyone until we come to your house and ask for it. If we did not claim the funds by February 16th they would be voided David Johnson continued to speak to my husband after the fact that we told him that "we have BIG Problems with our bank account" we are $3850+ negative in the bank because the "Cashiers Check" had a stop payment on it.

I want these people stopped, We cannot afford this i recently lost my job on Jan 31st 2007. He to this day has still continued to speak to my husband 02/09/2007, telling him that he did not know why there was a stop payment let me call my "Financial Institute" and see what happened. Well needless to say he could not get in touch with this so-called institution, but they will be coming to the house Saturday 02/10/2007 between 1-2pm to deliver the remainding funds personnaly.

My husband hd said to him "How are you going to to my house from NovaScotia Canada" in this short notice, Terrance, he said I am not in Canada I am in NY and we (Johnson & 2 security agents) This Mother F***** will be found and delt with by authorities if i have anything to do with it. He will be hunted down till the day I die that's a promise.

I hope that Pubilisher Clearing House can do something with these scam artists, because they will loose a lot of business also because of these scams, that they are using their name in false pretense. Please help Port St Lucie, Florida.
