Imperial Interests George Weiss Is a SLumlord- HORRIBLE landlord- LIAR-THIEF- UNPROFFESIONAL! Pasadena Texas

This man GEORGE WEISS- is a landlord /slumlord in Pasadena- I leased a home from him for 2 years- when we moved in we were in a tight situation and he did not require anything but cash- the house was disgusting and filthy- he never performed a walk through- the house clearly needed lots of updates and maintenance- missing shutters- dingy paint- broken staircase-rotted wood throughout- DISGUSTING CARPET-soiled walls- broken windows-and MORE!! He refused to do anything- according to him everything was fine- even though the carpet was black and dingy and disgusting!

We tolerated his cheapness every time something broke down- it would take him forever to have it "looked" at and when he bothered to fix it -he never hired professionals- he always had lowlifes do the jobs and it never looked right- the house was a mess and we tried to fix it and he would not give us permission to do any repairs or updates- after Hurricane Ike came through things got worse- he patched our roof and it was mismatched and ugly as all get out- the shutters were not replaced- the carpet was torn out from water damage against his advice - because he wanted us to juts" air it out" AND WE WOULD NOT RISK GETTING MOLD IN THE HOUSE CAUSE OF OUR KIDS- WE HAD concrete FOR 4 MONTHS-EH also refused to replace the fence- CHEAP!!!!

He avoided our calls and put off fixing our floor for 4 months- when he did "fix "it he got some guy that owed him a favor to tile the floor- they did a horrible job - and that's when we couldn't take anymore!!! We moved! We left the house clean- definitely much cleaner than when we moved in and I had the carpet professionally and spot cleaned- throughout our stay and the house was very clean when we moved out and he did not give us back our deposit- saying the carpet was dirty and it was our fault!

And we left the carpet much improved from when we took possession! Then he started making up lies and accusations when I reported him to the BBB!!!! IF YOU ARE IN DESPERATE need to move and come in contact with this company- DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!!!

He is a liar and a thief- He is extremely cheap and has a reputation for being the worse slumlord in Pasadena! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN OR HIS "COMPANY" He refuses to fix any of the properties he leases- we have several other tenants on record agreeing with this! He does not do credit or job checks- and will not care about tenant rights or anything! His lease is HAND WRITTEN and made up by him not the state of Texas!!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH HIM! You will regret it!!! We sure do!!!!!
