We were phoned about this incredible deal to go on a cruise and stay a few days in Florida and were duped into buying 2 packages to go on a family vacation. We paid a total of just over a $1,000 for the 2 packages, which would have given us a 2 night cruise for the family of 6, roughly $150 per person, we thought. We thought the deal would have been Ok given that we would have received a few nights extra to stay in Florida. On itelf it is not that great deal, given that we paid a couple of years ago for an 8 day cruise to Mexico with Carnival just over $350 per person.

We have tried to book the "holiday" and were informed that it will now cost us an additional $1,000 in taxes and fees. We decided that the "port fees" are the excessive and decided that we would not fly across the country to go on this cruise and would rather take the 4 days in Mexico. To our surprise we were asked to pay the port fees in any case whether or not we go on the cruise or not.

We decided to loose the $1,000 we have paid already, becuase it will still be cheaper to go somewhere else on vacation and not to deal with these idiots.

For all future clients: Be aware, you have not won a vacation, neither will you receive a break in the costs because you are going to listen to a few hours to a presentation on timeshare. I do not have a problem to go and listen to a presentation at all and have done it a few times in the past and have even bought timeshare at a presentation. Go to Vegas for a presentation, they will also give you a free room etc, without haveing to pay all these "extra" fees.

This company made me decide not to go to Florida again, which is a shame.
