Imperial Parking Canada Corporation Parking tickets, that were paid! Ripoff Vancouver British Columbia

I took my children downtown Vancouver (from Langley) to visit dad at work for lunch, we stopped at the Imperial Parking Lot across from Dad's work site payed the $12.00 for parking and proceded to lunch, when we returned 1 hr later my mini van was gone!!!! I had 2 small children under two in tow WALKING to the Drake towing yard. When I got there I was told that there was no ticket in my van, although I know that I paid!!!!

The next time that this happened, the parking machines were out of order, I called the number on the machine and was told to put a note on my windshild saying that I had called to report the machine not working, again I was gone about 1 hr to have lunch with my husband only to return to my vheical again towed. But to make it even better...EVERY car, van, and truck in the entire lot had a parking ticket on it....and mine was the only one missing...that I noticed!
