I recived this letter saying that I have won 1250,000.00 all i had to do was sign it to varify my address and my sign my name the send them a 19.99 check money order or cash within 12 day and that my prize would be delivered promt

In this letter it states an id # and says that it is on record in the irc office is totally accurate and has been carefully assessed.Your Identification is now on recordedin the National Sweepstakes Reoprting Network Offices and this prize entry data is in regards to you.This is a Real and Actual Matter.It says and asks for me to complete the attached document and return it within 12 days.
