I received "Locate to Deliver" notice in the mail today. The notice stated "Delivery arrangements are completed for your regarding your issuance ID#****** which is now in our Main Office and being attended to directly.
Records show; holder of ID# ****** - Mike L***** Identified - Verified Report of Available Money/Prizes in the$ Amount of: $1,250,000.00 One Million Two Hundred Fifty Thousand dollars."
The notice goes on to state "This is a real and actual matter. Excitement abounds for you Mike, and we are seeking that you please complete your attached Prize Data Document and return it within the next 12 days."
Finally, "Your completed Delivery Document attached, please sign, and be sure to include the Attendant Reporting Office fee of just $19.99, when received in our main office delivery to you will be prompt."
