Do not ever buy from importcds.com. They will be quick to bill your credit card but not to send your items. I have been waiting over a week for an item that was promised to take 2-3 days to arrive and still have not received the item (a German import Doro c.d. called "Angels Never Die"), though I have recieved a bunch of excuses from someone named Bryan which were obviously meant to lull me into doing nothing about this matter, such as "Oh, it's probably being checked for anthrax", "Oh, it's probably just slow getting there", "I wouldn't be surprised if it were there today or tomorrow" (repeated rhetorically every time I called to complain) and even gave me a so-called guarantee (which won't help me any, I don't even know him). I had asked for a chargeback repeatedly and he told me I could have one only when I returned the cd, which of course I hadn't gotten and still don't have.
Yesterday I finally reached my breaking point and went the Better Business Bureau site and filed a complaint on him and then called him today and informed him that he had been reported and if he didn't want a record with the BBB, he would give our card a chargeback and he got all mad and said very rudely, "Well, it's just a cd".
I said very politely that I knew that and all I wanted was a chargeback and that I would return the disc to him once it arrived as he said, "yes yes yes" as though he was being put upon and as I was saying (once again) very politely) "Thank you, I look forward to seeing that chargeback on my card", he hung up in a very rude manner and I still don't know if I will get the chargeback, but just seeing him lose money the way I now have is pretty satisfying in and of itself and he should remember that words does travel and if you're good, people come back and if you aren't, people stay away and advise others to do the same.
Paybacks are a b***h, eh?

It seems I jumped the gun a little and this item arrived either today or yesterday (I don't know). I was off taking care of my folks' pets for a couple of daysand when I came home... voila! The itme was there and had been mailed June 22nd (which was 2 days late, but better late than never, I guess), so my apologies to Bryan Haas and Michael Etringer for slamming their company and I would like to say that, after all the mayhem that free shipping was a great deal...Thanks Bryan and Michael!!!!
