I bought an Ipod from Amazon, then I bought a charger from a different seller called Importer520. The charger came with a cord and numerous chargers, which I eventually used. When I had used the wall charger, I heard a hiss then a pop- my ipod was fried. Importer520 replaced my charger but not the ipod which was destroyed by it. I have contacted them several times only for the emails and voice mail left un-answered.

When I did research on this company, I found this has happened several times to other customers (or something like this). Amazon says that they can't do anything except make Importer520 replace the charger, which is beyond ridiculous. I now have a shady company that I am pretty much in a war with and a $153 paper weight.
