Impressive Lighting SCAM THIEVES NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NO DELIVERY EMPTY PROMISES Internet

I ordered a coffee table through Impressive Lighting's website which indicated average delivery of two weeks. I received a confirmation email but did not see any shipping details. When I tried calling the company to find out specifics of shipping, I immediately was dropped into a voicemail. I left a message and waited to hear back--nothing. I then emailed their customer service department (which I now believe does not exist), and received a copy-pasted email:

"We bring Sterling to our warehouse first, once the fixtures arrive we ship them out the same day or the next day. Tracking information is provided VIA email once the orders ships from our facility to you. Approximate lead time is 2 weeks from the purchase date"

I ordered a table from them, not a lighting fixture, which to me clearly means they didn't even read my email or look at the order. I waited three weeks, not two, and still have not heard anything or received my delivery. I tried contacting the company again and again only was able to get voicemail.

At this point I am concerned that I am being scammed and that I will not see delivery of any table of any kind, nor do I expect to see a refund. These people are THIEVES. Beware.
