Impressive Personalization DO NOT PURCHASE FROM! IT"S A SCAM! Internet

I purchased party favors for a a baby shower on March 13, 2012. The transaction was tenured the day the order was placed an I was sent a confirmation email of my order. I was told that the ETA of arrival would be between 7 - 10 working days.

Thirteen days later I still had not yet received my order or was able to view any shipping status so I contacted the company. Despite all my efforts to try to speak with someone who would be able to answer any of my questions I was only able to reach a man named Carlos who was of little to no help.

All he was able  to tell me was that my order has run into some complications and they were working on it. I decided I would like the order canceled and my money refunded as I was on a time restraint to have party favors in time for the shower.

I was then told it would take two to three business days for the money to be refunded back into my account. It has now been four days and there is still no sign of my refund into my account.

This so called company is a scam and I will never do business with them again and strongly recommend that no one else does either. If you have had the same and or similar experience as I have and other consumer have had, please report it to put this company out of business and make their unethical business practices known.

If upon further contact I am unable to gain any progress I will also be looking into filing litigation against this company.
