I placed an order on 09/11/11 for memorial bud vases for my upcoming wedding on 09/23/11. I had paid to have the items shipped 2nd day air to receive them in time for my wedding.
I had not received the items by friday, september 16th and went online to the website to get the contact information. The number on the website was not a working number.
I participated in live chat with carlos and ed, who both told me the items were shipped. Both were extremely unprofessional and rude. I was told due to human error or something (quote) the items could take longer, but i would receive the items in 2 business days. I asked why i didnt receive an tracking notification, as stated on the website and was told the website needs to be updated.
I asked to speak with a manager and was brushed off, told them i would cancel the payment if i didnt receive the order. I received an email from Ricky later in the evening on Friday the 16th and was told i would be refunded the money, and the items would be shipped. So apparently I was lied to because It is now the 20th of September and the items have not been received. I have received my refund, which is not the poiint.
I then contacted the company again and was told it looked like the items were shipped but now they cannot be sure. I was then told I need to wait till Wednesday the 21st to see what they can do for me. This does not do me any good because my wedding is Friday.
Had they been more willing to help on Friday the 16th, the issue could have been resolved sooner. Now I do not have memorial vases for my wedding and I do not have time to order more.
