Improv traffic school Numerous calls and emails are getting me nowhere Internet

I sent my paperwork (traffic citation and drivers license) to them on Feb 8 for varrification by Feb 10.  All I was sent from the company away a  blank e-mail to my junk mail folder.  I called on Feb 12 to ask why I had not been verified  (website states 48h verification).  The representative stated that part of my paperwork was illegible.  She went on the court website and verified everything and said I was good to take the class now. I waited for a confirmation but never received one. I called back however the office hours were closed. I called again on Feb 16, again office was closed, so I wrote an e-mail (which has not received a response).  I called again the morning of Feb 17 and explained the situation.

Apparently there were no notes in my file from the conversation on Feb 16 and they stated that since I am past the date to take the class ( my court date is Feb 20), that they could not help me unless I filed for an extension. I spoke with the supervisor who assured me that all will be taken care of tomorrow. I asked for an e-mail verification of our conversation (did not ever receive one).  I am on vacation with my family out of state for a holiday weekend (yes, the courts are closed). So here I am, on vacation, with a court date around the corner, no extension, and trying to take a traffic class... And out $217. All i wanted to do was take traffic school for my speeding ticket. Wish me luck. I will call them AGAIN tomorrow.
