Was employed with In Home Supportive Services for 6 weeks (November 2009-January 2010) without any pay. Got tired of the employers giving me the run around, so I went to the Labor Board and filed against them stating unpaid wages. I attended the IHSS orientation in February 2010, the DOJ couldn't read my fingerprints a week after the orientation,so I had to wait another week to do it again. Didn't receive my back pay until 6 months after I first started working with this shady company.
