I want my money back. There seems to be a lot of people who are complaining about her. Have people taken her to court? I have complained to consumer Ontario. Please advise what should be the next step.

How old are you? if you are a minor you will need yiur parent or guardian to communicate with RCmP and you must be 18 to file small claims or signed by a guaruan. If you are afraid or do not feel safe with her having your personal information, seek law enforcement help.

Her name is Lorrain i wrote it as lauren in my last response. I am in contact with comsumer Protection and the person that is investigating . What Lorrainefails to understand is that all her assets ( if she has any - she possibly pays rent with the money stolen from teenagers savings and single mothers money spent on wanting to see there litle ones secure a good life that will pay off there college eduction - little did they know they were dealing with the devil in disguise ) . She will have everything seized and will be pushing a shopping cart full of empty bottles in downtown toronto and as saggy and wrinkly as she has always been and possibly even a bit over tanned like she always is , from standing outside a resteraunt during canadjan summer waiting for left overs from higher class people because KARMA IS A PAIN IN THE @&$)- !!!

Okay , firstly matty.. you are passed the 10 day grace period but you can file a small claims in court . You can report to consumer protection and BBB.

Bare in mind you will not get money for "emotional" problems , half this world has emotional problems from complete jerks like lauren that prey on little children and there families. Do not bother even writing it in your claim or with court documents because they will not even issue you a cent from it . She caused alot of havoc to alot of families even people that live on 1000$ a month and they seized to mention emotional problems.

The digital camera was purchased at your own leisure and from my knowing of lauren and her idiotic ways , she does not ask of anyone to purchase a camera ( unless its a new thing she has caught onto and has asked u to send her the camera ) If you purchase a camera to take pics of your little one , so be it .. you will have to enjoy the camera. , because unless your willing to hand the camera over to lauren in court ao she can pay up for it ( which i highly doubt it will be addressed bg the judge since u bought it and that crook had no say in it and seeing as though you need pics for a modelling job and you would need a camera to take pics so its inevitable for u to have to buy a camera if u were looking for a modelling job ) . . You have no case when it comes to your emotional problems and camera purchase.

Your pictures should be returned to you that is why you report to the RCMP . She may be selling your pictures to someone . You are able to get your childs picture back.

In model management is very well known as a fraud with almost every consumer defenders. She will call you from unknown numbers , and once you catch her within the 10 day grace period she will act like a deer caught in headlights , she will play the financial crisis card , she will change her address , she will come on here and se hispanic names to cover her trail but everyone knows how her linguistics are. She is very aggressive , she will threaten to sue u for libel if she ever hears from u to ge u off her back and to scare u off . But its people like me that did not care about a word she said, and just today i got off the phone with consumer protection to finalize my report and there are alot of other things that i do not wish to speak about in which consumer protection told me not to speak of until she is charged for the second time under in model management since she changes the name of her hoaxed company that preys on little children , she also always changes her address hoping no one will track her down, luckily we have the government on our side . You should call the RCMP and tell them that you believe there is a lady soliciting pictures of ur child or yourself to the public and i wish to have my pocture back. File small claims and speak to legal aid and they will track her latest address for you as well as consumer protection .

Bare in mind that she will do lie and lie and lie because she is a pathological lier. Next time do not pay for any job up front, she is supposed to pay u .. !

Hello. I am another victim of the hoax agency called ''In Model Management". I went to this so-called audition in the summer of 2011 at hotel close to my area, where they got my hopes up, making it sound legit, only to let my hopes down, and to take my money and information. They had my personal information, my credit card, and other information. I signed papers, and was very excited, only to find out that they are a complete fake. After this meeting, a few weeks later, I got a call, asking for more photos, and than later on saying how there was an audition that was happening, but I never got picked "of course". I spent money not only on the agency, but I also bought a digital camera specifically so I could take more photos for them. I want to take them to court, because I want compensation not only for my time, but for the money spent on the agency, and the camera and also for emotional reasons. I would also like my photos back and all personal information removed. Here is my contact information for anyone interested in taking this so-called agency to court with me.

For everyone that has had Lorrain talk back to them after cancelling a contract, or in court via face to face  - email - over the phone ( like many of us ) . Please add things that she has said , or written. She seems to have such a short list of words that she uses over and over again. Her mental dictionary consists of around 10 words. I have added some already , please add more if you would like so we can have a good laugh. We are not trying to bully her, we just want to show her how her attempt at calling us people with no lives and that the females wait at home all day for there husbands. Lorraine , what exactly did you study? Show us proof . We demand it. We would like to go through that portfolio that had all the 'leads' !! Remember , the one you would not allow anyone to go through. 

These are the steps for everyone that has been scammed ( I say scammed meaning she takes registration fees for nothing - you will never hear from her again and you will never get chosen by her "clients" as those "clients" seize to exist ,  by Lorraine Nickels of IN MODEL MANAGEMENT , OR LORNIK PRODUCTIONS INC . If she suddenly starts communicating with you , ask for proof of her company recruiting a successful model (movie , magazine shots - with the proper credentials ). Proof of her company's success, proper addresses to her company , and legit phone numbers. 1. MINISTRY OF CONSUMER SERVICES ONTARIO - FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE MINISTRY 

a. 10 day cooling off period - you have all rights to cancel and receive your refund within 15 days ( within 10 days of sending IN MODEL MANAGEMENT / LORRAINE NICKEL a REGISTERED LETTER - even if she does not pick it up ( it is still cancelled - since it is registered ) .

b. Review your rights  to find out whether you have a complaint that falls under Ministrys authority.

c. Write a complaint letter to the business to see if they can resolve the problem for you. Remember to keep a copy of your letter and proof of delivery.  It is also a good idea to keep records of any other communication you have with the business.

d. If you are unable to resolve the complaint with the company, contact the ministry for help. You can either call or send a letter - i prefer letters:

Head down to BBB of Ontario, and they will try to mediate between yourself and Lorraine Nickel.  THEY WILL NOT BRING BACK YOUR MONEY. BUT THEY WILL HALT ALL HER REVENUES AS SHE WILL BE LISTED AS A SCAM COMPANY ON MANY WEBSITES.

3. PRIVACY COMMISSIONER (FOR PICTURES GIVEN TO IN MODEL MANAGEMENT / POSTED PICTURES YOU WANT OFF THE WEBSITE)

For those who want there children's pictures off the website inmodels.ca ( like I have seen in the complaints of mothers wanting there children's pictures off ) , please contact the privacy commissioner. Explain to them the situation, and ask that they contact Lorraine - that you no longer want to do business with her. If you received a refund , and the "contract" is cancelled - ask to return all your pictures and the removal of all your information including your address from her files and ask for it to be destroyed whilst being supervised by a court official.

4. SMALL CLAIMS - for refunds never received. 

FILE COURT PAPERS - Lorraine will eventually respond as she is scared of anything to do with courts since she will face hefty fines. She will pay for the court costs as well if found guilty of fraud , which she most likely would be. This time add her mother & father in the court papers as they are in the game with her. Make sure to do your research before serving her and her parents. There is a fee for that , in which you can bypass and she will eventually be given the bill. They will give you her proper address, her name ( and her family name ) - and her parents names ( i believe they will give you more information as well ). Remember at any time you need help with that to seek proper legal help, LEGAL AID is a good place to do so. You can also go to the nearest community centre and they will advise you to where you can get the help you need to fill out the paperwork. Once your done - serve her & her musketeers. 

5. FILE A COMPLAINT ON ANY WEBSITE YOU CAN GET YOUR HANDS ON THAT HAS "IN MODEL MANAGEMENT" name on it !!!

"why do you think modelling is free???" - because it is Lorraine . Your only supposed to take your 20% of our earnings. NOTHING ELSE. You are supposed to recruit only people you are 100% sure will land you leads with your "clients". You on the other hand took everyone so you would scam them, your mother mentioned that the 20$ registration at the front desk would be refunded if we get rejected - hahaha - as if - nobody got rejected . Your mother used the same excuse when someone asked her, I was there - heard everything. Person: "why do i have to pay registration fees" , you OLD MOM " soccer is not free for kids- its the same thing ". No hun, in soccer nobody will get commission - this is entertainment for our kids. What your offering is a job- so why does one have to pay money to get a job?  You found the wrong person to debate this with. 

Why do you always make different accounts online and and not always sign your name at the end of the letter with Lorraine. So far I have seen ( on this website alone ) , Sam , Lorraine , IN MODEL TEAM , The In Team , Lornik Productions LTD , Casting ( try losing your caps lock and question marks as we are onto your online linguistics ) . Why is it that you keep calling people out for using different names, when you are doing the same. You once mentioned " do you really know my name , my "real" name? " .. why would someone not want to give there real name if they really do have a professional company with professional values and ethics ? I smell FRAUD & SCAM ... oh wait thats just you Lorraine. You seem to keep saying we hide behind our identities, and you are doing the same as well . Pathetic , pathological lier 

Miss. Nickel this is for you . This is coming off RipOffreport's website , this is exactly how you can allow people to believe you are a real company. Try making your story sound a bit more legit.

"If you find that a complaint has been filed against you, the best thing you can do is to post a rebuttal and tell your side of the story. Don't get mad, and don't make threats ( SOMETHING YOU ALWAYS DO LORRAIN  ). Get creative . Explain your side of the story. Explain what your company has done (or is willing to do) to make things right."

"If you think a report is phony, demand that the customer provide proof that they actually did business with you (by posting a copy of a receipt, etc.) If the customer doesnt respond, this will pretty much be the end of the matter.Post the names and contact information for favorable references who can testify to the high quality of your business add contact names and phone numbers - (not emails as anyone can make an email and act as though they are several individuals ( you would know much about that ) ). Provide a list of all your employees or your "team" as you have called them. Provide us with reasons of why you do not have your address or phone number provided to customers. Provide a summary of any awards your company has won. Offer a link to any outside resources which provide positive information about you and your business."  

Lorrain has claimed that her "clients" are who choose you for modelling jobs. That nothing is 100% in the "industry".   What if nobody has ever received a call to be seen by your so called "clients"?? Therefore, there are no real clients .. now are there... ?? Could you  provide us with clients that have chosen any of your models? We need proof that these were real models working for you. At least 4 models and several leads in that one year since you have a whole team of agents, and are charging hundreds of dollars we deserve to know who these people are that you are focusing on the most rather than us. We are also paying clients! Why would you choose us in the first place if you do not see potential in us, but do so to scam us of our money. 

This way , we might start believing you . 

We trust that you will find this in order - something you say alot - maybe because you have been told this waay to many times by Consumer Protection and court orders.
