We were contracted to install large format graphics on the outside of The Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood California.
It was laborous work and he made us work on holidays and overtime.
He signed a work order approving the price and never paid us.
Since our install there have been several other installs on that building that he has gotten paid for but still has never paid our bill, which he approved the cost and the work and worked us like horses! Or worse.
These people owe us $20,000 for several installs which we financed for their "new" company it has been almost a year now. They wont return our calls and they have several addresses.
Marc Caldera and James DiZazzo are the names of the men who contracted us.

I cannot delete it only update it, I considered it and what he said. He told me he did not get paid for that job because we didn't do it in time, perhaps he forgot that the hotel would not allow us access. Either way it is an unresolved dispute. I believe if you would like to state your case you are allowed to do so as well on this website. Hope this helps.
