I am writing to file a complaint about Incare Rx and Michael Conway (Mike Conway). He misleads reps into believing that his company has been around for 30 years by using the name Bob Schwartz and tenderfeetshoes.com. First off Incare Rx is not affiliated in any way with Bob Schwartz or tenderfeetshoes.com. I am not saying that he isn't a commission paid rep but he uses these names that have been around for a long time as leverage for his Incare Rx business to suck in more reps to market his prescription discount card. Incare Rx is owned by Michael Conway but he misleads reps into signing on with Incare Rx by using "we been around for 30 years" which is nothing but a complete lie. Go to the Florida Secretary of State Business Search and see for yourself that Incare Rx was filed 11-7-2011 (see below). The problem is he associates himself with a gentleman by the name of Bob Schwartz, tenderfeetshoes.com which again is no way affiliated with Incare Rx and using the "we been around for 30 years" line of bull on every conference call to lure in reps.
Another great line of Michael Conway of Incare Rx is when he says he has corporate meetings with CVS. Mike quit lying to your reps, you have no meetings with CVS corporate. First off you are not DRX like you state you are on all your conference calls. You are an independent contractor yourself. Why do you lie to your reps?
I filed this report because I feel potential reps need to be informed of Michael Conway and Incare Rx and his shady business practices.

Incare DME who he says he is the National sales manager of is a suspended LLC with the California Secretary of State as you can see below. Another question for Michael Conway is how do you represent a company that is suspended in the State of California. Whose NPI number do you use to bill Medicare patients?
Do a Google search for Michael Conway Incare Rx. Hey Mike who is Care Path Marketing? I see you have some unhappy campers that you have done business with.

I also worked for A Caring Kind of Place which is a great company-things turned around quickly and I was always paid on time. I left them because of Mike Conway the sales director who is a shady man-I could not work for him anymore. His company name is Care Path which I refer to as Fraud Path. I warned A Caring Kind of Place to stay away from him-he does whatever he needs to to make a dime and is not out for the best interest of the company. I heard that they have since parted ways. This industry is full of jokers like him. I personally feel Frank is trying to do the right thing though.

I agree happy now! Carepath marketing is bad news. This guy goes from one company to another with his group. He is bad news and every company he goes to, he gets shut down and then moves on to another one. I pity the company he goes to next as they will be the next victim. If he was doing things right, why wouldn't he get a provider #. Agents beware-the feds are after this guy. If you follow him, he is likely to put your ins license revoked. He gives out false information and does not care about you other than the paycheck you make him. He was with WECARE before, until he got them shut down.

I have been with this company, (mike conway and Incarerx) for over 5 years, and I an my entire network of over 1000 reps have not had one issue with Mike or getting paid. I don't know anything about his previous affairs, but I do know since I've been with them, I have never had a problem. I assume this is a competitor who is trying to slander Mikes name. The company is 100% hippa compliant and in my opinion one of the best discount drug cards you can find.

I am an Independant Agent with InCareRx, for about the past two years. I know nothing of Michael Conway's previous business involvements, and don't really care. The program is working for me, and I'm doing a service for people by saving them money on their prescriptions. At the same time, I'm making money. That's a win win!
There are always disgruntled former employees, or people that "tried" it, but because they didn't really work the system, or were just too lazy to follow the training, they failed. Then they want to blame the person that is in charge, for their own failures.
I am perfectly happy with the results I'm seeing, and hope this program doesn't go away. If if does though, I helped people and mad some money while it lasted. That's good no matter how you look at it.
I wholeheartedly support this program and encourage others to check it out.
