Incense Galore Burn some leaves instead-they smell as good and will burn better than these incense! COEUR D ALENE, ID COEUR D ALENE Idaho

This USED to be a good company. Not any more. I just received $129.00 (inc shipping) in incense from them on May 22 ----6 weeks after I paid for them---they will not burn but about 1-3" if your lucky-and smell horrible---I saw one other complaint recently describing the smell as burnt leaves----that pretty much sums it up---I am not exagerating in any way--an old wood stove has a better smell than these incense-----when you are actually able to get them to burn that is.

These are the large 19" sticks, and I have had not one of them to burn even 1/2 of a stick, most smolder the horrible smoke smell for a second or so after you blow them out and thats it.

I have called them over a dozen times and not one returned call-I filed a report with paypal today, hopefully that will work out. Their email address isn't working either.

I don't know if they were bought out by someone else or what, the sticks even look different --they are twice as thick as they were, I think that is the smell-the burning wood.

Whatever you do--don't waste your money----oh yea and the dollar store incense-----10 times better than these!!!
