I won't repeat the full process for getting a free 40GB iPod from www.incentiverewardcenter.com as it's outlined well by other posts. I have completed all six of my required offers, but the site only credits me with five. I have been calling and emailing and am now adding faxing and posting on this site in the hopes that I will catch their attention and get my iPod. It seems from other posts that if you make some noise, you have a chance of getting your free gift.
It seems that they may just make everyone fight for the gift knowing that many will give up. I paid for the offer they fail to report back on January 31st. I have just started to call and try to get a response from them and will continue to do so until I get what they have promised.
I'll update this posting with any results - positive or otherwise!

#6 UPDATE Employee
They do fulfill their end if you chase them down..

I am not an employee of Incentive Reward Center..but I do work in association with one of the companies that is one of the offers.
I work in customer service and have asked one customer in particular to keep me up to date with how long it takes.
If my memory serves me correctly, it took about six weeks. He chased them down...follow up, and wound up spending about $100 bucks...give or take..but finally got his 40 gig photo ipod..
I'm happy to let you know that it does happen. I just think the average Joe can be a moron because he either doesn't read the terms and conditions, gets angry, and embellishes the issue... I think that counts for probably 60% of the people complaining.
Why? Because I answer idiot questions all day long...and if consumers would simply do their job of READING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS>>>READ THEM READ THEM, and read them again..
The companies have to tell you whats going on...read it ..cancel in time and follow up.. and you will get your free whatever.
Nothing in life in FREE.. NOTHING..and if you think it is, you're an idiot deserving to be ripped off.
Thank you

Check Received! so if it's worth it to you

I received a check for $369.99 on Friday April 8th! I waited for it to clear before posting this. I am happy with this resolution because I can use the money more than an iPod, but I probably would have kept the iPod if that's what they sent me. My guess with this company is that they only pay out to the people that go after them, so if it's worth it to you, call and fax or mail your evidence of completion for all transactions. They seem to come through in the end. If you're just starting one of their deals, keep all emails and screen shots and bank statements showing completed transactions.

Have spoken with someone named Summer in Customer Service. I've been leaving messages on various numbers, so I'm not sure which one worked, but I spoke with her on March 18th and she told me to fax my documentation showing that I had paid for the one offer that they were not showing on their web site. I did so, but my fax machine said there was no answer on the number she gave me. So, I sent the documents by US mail with signiture confirmation the next day. Called various numbers again on March 28th or 29th, when I hadn't heard anything back. Left messages on various numbers.
This time I didn't catch the return call, but got a voicemail from Summer saying that she had received my fax on the 18th and that my account had been sent to "fulfillment" and that my iPod would be shipped in 2-3 weeks. That I would get a confirmation email at the time of shipment with a tracking number. We'll see. I hope it's true.
