Income Property Specialists Jay Samples Jay Samples is a Liar and the worst Property manager Fresno, California

I would like concur with the previous post about Jay Samples and Income Property Specialists. I find that the comments of the previous poster similar in content and situation. On many occassions I left rent (Money Orders) in the mail box on the due date.

It was convenient for him to say that he never received the money order(s), and suddenly a 3 day notice appeared. It became so bad, that Legal Aid advised me to bring a witness to the days my rent was due, and it placed it in the mail box.

He is a very arrogant and caustic individual and his wife verges on being racist. She will not deal with my boyfriend since he is African American.  If he does not like you, he will do anything in his power (Yes that means lying) to get you out of the apartment. I even delivered money orders on the rent due date, and he said he did not receive them on that date, but a day or 2 later.

I wonder how many late fees he has collected illegally because of his lying? $ 30 - 40 late fees, plus any additional charges.

It seems that the owner of "INCOME PROPERTY SPECIALISTS" condone his behavior no matter how illegal or unethical they may be.
