After booking a b day party for my 3 yr old son June 9th at noon Two days after they pulled the 75 dollars from visa card . Friday after 5 pm on may 25 they notified me we couldnt have party, they have rented out the whole bldg for a big private party. So i needed to pic a different day. We couldnt do this due to relatives commin from out of town and we had hotel rooms booked.
They were very rude how dare i request my deposit back. This is a criminal case of obtaning money under false pretense. I called daily to see when we could get our money they had it 6 days They said if i called agan they would notify the police .. I think this company does this often and u better not ask for your money back THEY WILL BULLY U SO U WILL GO AWAY . I TRIED TO NOTIFY HEADQUARTERS THEY DIDNT CARE 539 302 2681
