Incredible Health Remedies Took my money but didn't deliver goods. Internet

On the 17/8/2013 I purchased some Carpal Tunnel Elite pills from Incredible health Remedies.

On the 3/10/2013 I emailed the company telling them I hadn't yet received the goods and they sent me this email:  

Hi Simon, 

I'm very very sorry to hear about the experience you had with my company and your package. I am reshipping this now usingStamps.com USPS shipping method instead of the economy USPS at our added expense and I also included an extra bottle for you in this priority package. 

Thank you very much for letting me know about this, your new package of Carpal Tunnel Elite is on the way and sorry to ask you to do this since you shouldn't have to anyways but will you please email me when the original arrives? I just want to make sure you got it but I'm not charging you for the extra shipment. It would be very rare for two packages to the same person to not show up in time so I'm confident this new package will show up in time as just in general we hardly ever have shipping issues in New Zealand.

It is now the 11/1/2014 and I still haven't seen the goods.

I've emailed them again but I haven't heard a thing.I'm guessing I'm a victim of a scam.

I was really hoping to get these pills to try for some relief as my Carpal Tunnel is playing havoc with my job.
