Incredimail Incredimail is INCREDIBLY BAD. Don't trust them with important email because it may be gone tomorrow. internet

I bought Incredimail software. They offered an upgrade to their product and guaranteed that If I upgraded I wouldn't have any problems. I just lost a years worth of emails when I upgraded. Mailboxes I had set up are gone, when emails download from my ISP they are removed from my ISP online mailbox but don't appear in any mailbox in Incredimail. Furthermore, when I try to open an email that I received prior to the "upgrade" no matter which one I open, it's either all the same email - one that I received on April 20th 2011 - this is November 23, 2011 - or I can't open them at all. I also can't delete them or move them.

Incredimail has been completely unhelpful and hasn't offered any kind of explanation or solution. They have no phone number, so I can't call. It takes 24-48 hours to get any response at all - not that it matters I guess because they won't address the issue anyway. Their solution was to set up new mailboxes and start over - like I would want to continue using something this unreliable. I wouldn't have upgraded if they didn't specifically state that my information was totally safe and would automatically be there in the new version. Yet they have so far assumed no responsibility and still have their "guarantee" on their website download page.

It's a really inexpensive program and as we all know, you get what you pay for. If your emails matter, don't use this program. They also offer a free program - I could imagine what that must be like!!!!
