Independent Dealers Advantage IDA Even If You Make Your Payments Your Car Will Still Be Disconnected Suwanee Georgia

IDA is a total rip off!!!  I paid my bills after I make payment arrangements with an my account manager. This has happened 5 times! Each time I called it was a different excuse... There is someone with the same account number as  mine, they didn't see my payment online. Once a lady was laughing when I told her they did it again. Yesterday, I paid my bill at 7:00 am and by noon my car was cut off. I called and she said it takes a couple of days to see my online payment, and she cut it on. By 5:30pm my car was cut off again. The agent convinced me that it wasn't cut off. I got a mechanic and he told me it was cut off. I tried to call them back and they were closed. They do not have an after hours number for emergencies now I am without a car for the holiday weekend! I am so mad!! I usually catch it and call them now I am without a ride to take care of my family and I have paid my bill. I have reported this on BBB but what's the use, the have an F rating. I read this before I took their loan and thought these people just didn't pay their bills, but they are terrible. Please find another place to get your  loan. Save yourself grief from unprofessional companies like this!
