Please ppl read these reviews and BELIEVE them and run like hell from this company. These ppl are the rudest company I have ever dealt with! We are ALL human and everyone falls on hard times...these ppl do not care at all. My advice to you is to try and get another loan from some where else. These ppl will screw you over in the long run. I wish I had looked up some reviews on these ppl before I signed my loan. I hope that I am helping whoever is reading this. DO NOT do ANY business with this company. You get a different rep every month who knows nothing about you, they cut off your car even when you make your payments. I absolutely believe that these ppl do not know what they are doing. It is has been the biggest and worst hassle and mistake of my LIFE and I mean that.

IDA is working great for me

AUTHOR: missclg - ()

POSTED: Friday, July 25, 2014

I've read many posts regarding how horrible, rude, unprofessional etc regarding IDA. However, for those reading I want to shed some different light. Yes my credit is challenged because of my own mistakes, failure to pay, pay late, etc. I had just had a car repossesed and 3 days after that I drove away from Auto Loan Finders with a 2011 Toyota Camry, with decent mileage and it's a great car. On August 10th I will have the car for a year and thankfully have had no problems. Now, even with this loan and being aware of the car being disabled for not paying on time, I have run into some problems.

First I had fear that if I didn't pay on the due date, they would cut of my car and per the agreement it would cost me an extra $200 to get it cut back on (after paying the note). However, I simply called my rep and advised that I could not pay on the due date but I would have it on whatever date and that I want to do whatever needs to be done to keep my car from being shut off. She KINDLY replied, ok we can do that. I paid it on the day I said I would have it and I've had no problems. Needless to say, I've had to make that call more than once. Actually yesterday, my note was due and I forgot to pay it and I also forgot to call...got up this morning and my car started and I made my payment.

I don't understand people that are saying they get frequent calls, calls the day before the payment is due, because it's never happened to me. EVERYONE I have spoken with has displayed courteous, informative customer service. However, read your paperwork...the agent that sold me the car made it very clear make payments on time. However, the loan does say if your payment is not made after 15 days...so I wonder some of you who have so many issues, there must be more going on. If they report to one credit bureau I'm glad because there is a record of my payment history improving. We all have to be accountable for ourselves.

You knew that the car payment was going to be high when you purchased the car and you drove off smiling...until it came time to pay. That's not their fault. No they don't have to be rude, no one in customer service of any area has to be rude, but if they are, oh well...at the end of the day you still owe, so pay or get your car cut off and/or taken from you. The paperwork is VERY clear about the consequences of not paying this loan.

So for those reading, I find IDA to be very reputable and I am thankful. I suggest if you fall into hard times that you simply talk to them but most importantly keep your word. The note is due when it's due but should something happen be mature enough to call and then do what you say you are going to do.

Why Are You With Them?

AUTHOR: Jim - (USA)

POSTED: Friday, June 15, 2012

Sounds to me like its a subprime loan operation for people who have either zero credit or who have a documented track record of not paying their bills on time. You say they are rude and apparently you communicate with them a lot and you reach different people instead of having one contact for you. Why are you needing to be in so much contact with them? Why are they in so much rude contact with you? In all probability the answer to those questions is you have a bad payment record.

Well I've got news for you...when you don't pay on time you will deal with collectors no matter what loan company you use. If you don't want to ever deal with a collector there's a very simple solution...you pay on time! You keep the required insurance. Its a guarantee, under those circumstances they won't ever need to call you...ever! These payments are not optional. They are due on the due date...period. Sure...people have problems but they get a part time job to help make ends meet. By the way, I don't work for them.
