Independent Savings Plan Company ISPC Unethical fradulent predatory Internet

This company placed a lien on my home (6722 Rainwood Cove Lane, Lake Worth, Fl 33463) and failed  to fulfill their obligation of an energy rebate check from the state of Florida.

I purchased a solar hot water heater from this company and was promised an energy rebate check from the state of Florida. After calling for months about my rebate check, I was told that the stated had run out of money and that I would not receive an energy rebate check. This was the only reason that I agreed to install a solar hot water heater into my home. The contract that I signed with this company also stated that if I did not make payment, they would come and remove the solar hot water heater from my home. Instead, when I refuse to make payments, the company unjustly placed a lien on my home. Currently, my home is in foreclosure and had a pending short sale date of March 1, 2013. This company refused to lift the lien on my home and the buyer has walked away, even after Chase Bank offered to settle the lien for $2,200. Now, my home is going to be sold at auction. It is amazing how many complaints and lawsuits there are floating out there in regards to this company. Why is this company preying on consumers using propaganda such as an energy rebate check and not following through on their promises. I also plan on exposing this company to the Florida Attorney General's office.
