Date of original puchase of walk-in tub 1/31/2012 from Genarus Senior Solutions Ridgeland SC for $9K tub & installation. In 2014 tub started leaking around door seal. called and found out Genarus was out of business due to death of owner. new company took over Low Country Walk-in Tubs but they were not handling any customers of Genarus. Inquired about life-time warranty on door seal covered by Independent Home. Low Country Tubs passed on honoring that also.  Paper work provided at time of installation does not give manufacturer of our walkin tub making it impossible to find a new door seal. There does not seem to be any suppliers of parts unless you know the manufacturer, which we don't, and model number. Taking the side off the tub we found sticker with following information: Size 30"S, Model 3054-WR, Color: White, Serial number 5986, but no manufacturer name.  Since Independent Home  Certificate of Guarantee in our posession states door seal warrantied for 25 years, we need to have them send a replacement seal for our walk in tub so that it will be functional again.
