It has recently been brought to my attention that a potential client that googled my business has had second thoughts about hiring me after reading this nonsense. My attorney had advised me to watch this report periodically and if there was any indication that I lost business because of this libelous and untrue report, that I would be able to sue Ms. d**k.

Well that time may have come. I am posting the lack of credibility that this person has by posting her factual public records...she had a run in with a Humane Society police officer regarding a horse in her care and lost. She was also charged for harrassement on an earlier charge and although it was dismissed, it gives testament to her character. Ms. d**k knew a group of us were on to her hoarder tendencies and because we called her out on it, she viciously attacked my reputation by lying here on ROR since I was the only one that had my information publicly posted as a business owner. It was the only way she could retaliate and vindictively get back at us for making the public aware of her wrongdoings via social media.

If there is anyone else that decided not to hire me or won't after reading this report, I would appreciate your honesty by coming forward with your information so I may pass it along with my attorney. Keep in mind I have never seen or met Ms. d**k in person as she lives in PA and I in NY. There are two sides to every story as they say.

The individual claiming to be a Humane Officer is not who she claims to be.  Vickie d**k has been using this created identity to defend herself, but no such humane officer exists.  Please contact the county dog warden, Karen Shick, if you have further information regarding Vickie d**k.  Karen Shick has checked on her a few times and found her to be (just barely) in compliance with the law, but also found that many animals are often left outside 24/7 and many others have been dumped at the local shelter and were later killed.  The shelter will confirm this if you have the proper legal entitlement to the information, but will not release any public statements due to privacy concerns.

 Anyone reading this report and seeing the rebutals from Cheryl, Ann and Reginna can purely see what kind of people they are. The purpose of this report was not to get into a mouth battle with these three ladies, but to make the public aware of the danger of having someone like Cheryl Hoffarth of Indian Fields have contact with a pet. Has she offered one shred of evidence that I am a hoarder? No she hasn't because I am not a hoarder as has been stated by a PA licensed Humane Officer that has been to my home and has seen my animals first hand. I am not a trouble maker and not out to attack anyone. My purpose of this report was to protect the innocent animals of NY that could be in danger or mistreated by a person with this kind of mind set.

I do not ask for free horses, I offer a safe loving home to horses in need of help. Every horse I own, I paid for with my own money. I placed a couple of my horses and they have wonderful homes, however I did not sell the horses. I got them with my own money and gave them away "free" to good safe homes.  

I own 5 horses at the present time. All healthy and happy as can be proven by a call to the Clearfield Co Humane Officer as he has also been to my home and can verify the condition of my animals.

Has any of these women ever been to my home, no they have not. Have they even spoken to me, no they have not. Have they ever seen anything to lead them to believe any of my animals are not cared for? No they have not. So what do they base the facts on when they say I am a hoarder and they exposed me? Your guess is as good as mine. They say I have an extensive wrap sheat? Ha, I have one complaint made on me by my step daughter that attacked me in my home and I defended myself. By the way the step daughter is now up on charges of selling drugs and waiting sentencing at the present time. The charges against me were dropped.

Please do not expose yourself or your pets to this kind of people at Indian Fields. Cheryl is very hateful and vindictive as you can see by the rebuttals in this report. This same thing goes on through FB as they stalk people and spread lies that hinder the safety of animals they are trying to help. 

They said they exposed me as a hoarder? What they did was spread lies that I am a hoarder. I have proof that I am infact not a hoarder in the form of not one but two Pa licensed Humane Officers. Why do these girls continue to spread these lies even though two officials say they are false. Because they are mean and hateful and out to do nothing but harm people.

Keep your animals safe..keep them away from Indian Fields and people like the ones in this report.  Recent findings have revealed that Ann Brooks one of the people rebuting this report, has a wrap sheet and has been charged with passing bad checks. So if they want to throw mud, guess they should make sure they don't have a puddle at their feet.

This report was also made by V. d**k from Beccarria, Pa. she is once again disgrumpled cause she does not like these woman. SHe made up stories about them just tomake them look bad and herself look innocent. She is as much a bully as thee woman on these pages are. I am a humane officer and have conducted an investigation on Vickie d**k and let me tell you she has one of the best looking animals I have seen a long time. He place is clean, animals are all fat and happy, she has plenty pf land, loads of food and infact not one, not one sign of a hoarder or abuser. Ann Brooks, Regina and Cheryl continuously hound and harass this woman without cause other than to make themselves feel superior. I was sl pleased with vickie d**k that Our Humane Society adopted out a horse to her. Now does this sound like a hoarder? an abuser? I don't think so, this in fact is a clear case of harassment and i will testify on Vickie Dicks behalf. Have you 3 so called lady's been to Vickie home? I think not! she invited you to come and see for yourself, did you? I think not? Do you allow her to defend herself on you accusations. I think not? will you 3 win the up coming class action lawsuit coming your way, I think NOT!

Ann Brooks, you are exposed for the liar that you are. I am still a humane society police officer  and it kills you that I am. I have the fortitude to do what you cannot. I Am NOT the person that initiates this article, however now that I am clearly drug into it, Ann Brooka and Cheryl Hoffarth are CYBER BULLIYS! Please go to thier pages on facebook "hypocrits or bitches, you be the judge" or Not so lucky starz" or "Estrigen stable"  pages are run by these two so called woman and you can see for yourself how they attack people, block them(of course so they can not defend themselves) and continue to bash good people without knowing ALL the FACTS! they post one sided garbage and feed off of it like c**k roaches. These two have no conscious and they feel because they say something it must be true? Like they own the world and no one else has any right to exist. go to their pages and you decide!

 I have been accused of not caring for my horses on my property by Regina Reems? Regina is a known trouble maker on FB and has been kicked off of even another hate page due to her behavior.  I have had not 1 but 2 humane officers to my home. I have also had numerous rescue people here. All can say and attest to the fact that my horses and animals are very well cared for. I have invited anyone that would like to see what is here to come to my home and see for themselves. 

 None of the people accusing me of not caring for my animals have ever been here nor do they even know anything about me. The say I am a hoarder and have contacted several people trying to prevent them from sending horses to me. They have failed as most people don't believe them and the ones that do are not worth dealing with. 

They say I have a wrap sheet? Another lie, I have one charge on me that was dropped by the magistrate. A person came to my home and threatened me and attacked me so I defended myself. I was charged with harrassment. But it was dropped. So that is my wrap sheet.

As far as being affiliated with Last Lap Farm..I'm friends with the owner..so I guess that's the affiliation with that farm.

 Anyone can see from the lies these people are telling right here and how they act, why they are such a problem and why would anyone want to do business with anyone that acts like this?

Indian Fields is owned by a lunatic and a trouble maker. Anyone that takes the word of these people have a true problem. I'm not going to continue fighting with these people.

 You decide if you would want to have Indian Fields care for your animal...I know I sure would not trust them with my pet rock.

This IS Ann Brooks and I'm laughing so hard at this foolishness that even my font changed to Comic Sans. 

The original "story" and that's all it is was written {poorly} by one VJD, Vicki Jo d**k, who was in fact exposed on the Not so lucky page.  She was exposed because she is constantly on FB looking for free horses and also trying to get hauling and even training paid for her.  Problem is that in spite of her saying that all the horses she gets have a forever home with her she has sold 4 of them because they didn't ride.  She has also stated that they could not afford anymore horses yet she continues on.  Thanks to the Not so lucky page people's eyes have been opened and Ms d**k's main sources for free horses has dried up.

Now this consumer complaint written by "busted" is in fact Penny Dewoehrel aka Penny Dew on FB.  She is upset because she was exposed by Not so lucky as being a fraud.  She claims to be an animal control officer but forgets to mention she has had her privileges revoked in 2 counties.

Starting to see a trend here?  The only people ranting and raving are the very bad guys that are being exposed.  Quite frankly, there needs to be a lot more exposing of this sort of people, after all, WE are in for the animals safety and well being.

Please take this entire report with a grain of salt.  Please note the apparent illiteracy of the poster, and judge accordingly.  This individual has been called out by the victim of her rantings here.  As you can well see, there is NO evidentiary relevance, nor any proof presented.  It's all about the poster being "butt hurt" at being called out on Facebook.  The poster herself has an interesting rap sheet that bears some scrutiny.  

She is also involved with a sketchy establishment, the former Pleasant Valley Farm aka Last Lap Horse Haven, who has since changed their entity to Pleasant Valley Rescue and Rehab....That's a whole different story.  Captivating reading....Not so captivating to the horses who are forced to live there.  They say hoarders are drawn to other hoarders.  This is a classic case..

The individual this complaint was made about didn't deserve the juvenile retaliation she is receiving, simply because she exposed the poster, Vickie d**k, for poor care of her animals and being an animal hoarder.
