Indian Rocks Beach City Commisioner repetedly denied parking approval for ace's patio ace owns the restuarant and the parking lot and has complied with everything the city commsioners have asked of him for over three years for two years the city commisioners have contacted pinellas county sherrifs department who intern have issused over 20 citations for lot not approved for parking citations have also been issused to employee Indian Rocks Beach Florida

Ace Akimovski is the owner of ACE'S PATIO a restuarant on Indian Rocks Beach. He is also the owner of the parking lot for the restuarant. He has spent thousands of dollars and complied with everything the city commisioners have asked of him. Still after over three years the commisioners will not allow him to use his parking lot.

Without this addiontal parking the restuarant will loose much of it's buissness. The commisioners have called the pinellas county sherriffs department to issue over 20 citations for lot not approved for parking. The sherriffs have also written citations to the servers at the restaurant. I have been a server at ACE'S PATIO for almost 3 years. Last week I was arrested while at work.

The sherriff explained that there was a bench warrant for my arrest for failure to appear in court for two of the citations. I never received any iformation to let me know I had a court date nor did ace I basically went to jail for being at work. something has to be done about this situation. Ace has all the paper work to prove what I have written is true. Any help with this injustice would be greatly appreciated.
