Indianapolis Power and Light IPL Payment Indianapolis Indiana

Went online to schedule a payment for a specific day (which was actually the next day).  However they took the money from my account the same day causing me an NSF charge to my bank account.  Furthermore, they still did not post the payment for 2 days causing me to have a late fee.  Upon calling them they state they have it posted that they can take the money out early to avoid late payments. 

After a brief search I did see the statement but it seems to me it should be more of a pop up when someone selects a future date.  I make online payments with nearly all of my bills so I know how to make an online payment and did not read the info before actually scheduling it. 

This is why there needs to be a pop up warning future payments that it will come out a day earlier than you are scheduling it.  Talked with 2 representatives who both were mute to my situation.  They both simply stated its posted and you should have read it.
