Indiv. BankCard is service arm for Visa card that refused to refund $1495 charged to me by a fraudulent company, US V Advertising aka PFS Concepts, Inc. The company has apparently folded by now because the website address is no longer in use. Ind. BankCard must have realized at some point that this was a fraudulent company, yet they never refunded my money or backed up my complaints.
I had a transaction with the US V Advertising, where they had led me to believe they were part of Royal Holiday, which is a company I did know. They charged me $1495 saying they guaranteed a sale with their listing service. I found out thru a third party that there would have to be a major change in the listing to correct an error. I wanted to get a refund from US Vacations, aka US V Advertising, and with any other company, this would be a simple transaction.
The Visa credit card service arm, Individualized BankCard Services, refused to help me or to refund my money. This is even tho they had to have realized that the company was fraudulent.
Also Florida BBB was no help at all, either.
Now it appears the company US V Advertising is out of business as the website is no longer in use. This all happened in June 2006 and already the company is no longer in business.
As far as I have seen, neither the credit card companies nor Florida BBB will stand up for doing the right thing.

Laura fails to mention that she was not refunded her advertising fee as she signed a contract for services and much like any company refunds are not generally warranted on a signed contract for services. Also, we are still in business as I am writing to you now- you may verify by checking our web address at www.usvaction.org under ad# 10905 for this ad. We request that legitimacy research on some of these claims be done before posting fraudulent material.
