Sent Industrial Electronic Repair two circuit boards worth over $700 each to be repaired in November of 2017 along with a check for $475 (they only accept checks for reason that is obvuous now) to cover repairs and return shipping. After several months of repeatedly calling them they sent me the boards claiming they were repaired. Neither one worked, I called them and they said I would have to send them back (at my expense) and they would attempt to repair them again.
The boards were sent back to them and several more months passed. I made repeated calls (at least 12) and spoke with Donna Lineberry who promised they would be "done in a week". After waiting way more than reasonable amount of time (over 7 Mo.) I demanded my valuable circuit boards and money be retuned. Donna Linebery agreed and my circuit boards arrived (NOT REPAIRED) via ups on 06/04/18, there was NO REFUND included!
I have been calling them every Monday since, and each time Donna Linberry has told me "the check will go out Friday"! When I called on 09/06/18 Donna told me that she "cannot talk to me anymore"! This company owes me $475 plus $50 shipping costs! These people are NOT going to refund my $$. This is MAIL FRAUD; I sent that check in the mail from IL to SC!
