     IndyMac was a very good bank until One West took over. Thats when all the problems started. First they started an impound account for no reason because we were current with our taxes & insurance. They did this to make our payments impossible so we would go in default.



     We stayed current as long as we could and finally asked for a Loan Modification. They lied to us over & over saying it was in review until and they were waiting on copies of my pay stubs which is a lie because we have confirmation they received   them. They offered a reduced payment which we faithfully paid each Month. My wife asked them each Month when the review period would end but they they never received "COPIES OF MY PAY STUBS".



     Now we received a Notice Of Default letter so my wife called the bank and they said they never received "COPIES OF MY PAY STUBS" OOOPs, customer service said they found my pay stubs & not to worry because NOW the Foreclosure was put on hold May 8th. Ok, than why did the crooks file it with the Court on May 18th. Now we have until September to live in the house WE built. Do not believe their lies at all, ever, what so ever.
