Inegrated Tax Solutions has been named in a complaint in California Las Vegas Nevada

An open letter to the Vice President of Integrated Tax Solutioins.

Roger Ferris Osborn, Vice President, Integrated Tax Solutions, Derek Rowley, President of Integrated Tax Solutions, you are being sued.

The complaint against Roger Ferris Osborn stipulates a violation of the Nevada Business and Professions Code. You, Roger Ferris Osborn, claim to be a Certified Public Accountant in Nevada. You are not. Therefore, you have misrepresented yourself as a professional. You dispensed tax advice without the proper licensing and qualifications involving both federal and California tax advice.

In tax advice dispensed by Roger Ferris Osborn, he identified himself as a Certified Public Accountant, which he was not and is not. By representing himself as a professional, Mr. Roger Ferris Osborn violated the Nevada Business and Professions code and the California B&P Code, and violated the CTECH provisions of the California.

An additional complaint has been entered against Derek Rowley, President, Integrated Tax Solutions, and Terrance Novack, CEO, Nevada Corporate Headquarters, Inc.

Integrated Tax Solutions and Nevada Corporate Head Quarters, Inc, will be shown to be involved in Racketeering and proposing tax evasion to clients. Cort W. Christie, founder of Nevada Corporate Headquarters, Inc. is a convicted felon who was responsible for prior cons involving tax evasion.

The complaint will be filed in the State of California, County of Los Angeles.
