Hi I went and purchased two programs from Inetgiant in hopes to get traffic to my website. The programs never did what they proclaimed to do so I canceled both accounts. Well I thought Inegiant canceled my accounts. I was refunded for one and never received a cacnceling confirmation on either. I trusted this company and thought it was a trusting comapany. Well I do alot of online ordering and some of my business is thru ebay lets just say my statements are very long. Just happy my bank doesn't charge me for statements. lol. Well I was online and check my balance and I see that Inegiant is pending transaction for the $25.00. I was like wait a minute I canceled that September of 2006. Well it comed to the second account was never canceled and I have been charge for every month after that.

If suggest you read thru this entire email exchanges from Inegiant reps and myself. Under stand its start from the bottom up. With an email I sent to the rep asking why are they still charging my account. And then it has several from when I asked to cancel. Then to Inetgiant ending it with tuff luck.

Integiant

When you wish to cancel your recurring orders, you need to notify us by email at least 2 business days before the next billing date, so we have enough time to stop your billing and Unsubscribing from the list does not stop your billing.

This is exactly as it is stated in our Terms and Conditions which you have agreed to before ordering our services.

Please provide a cancellation confirmation email for a refund.

Best Regards,

Eddie

Excuse me. Never told to you! You people all work for the same company. Because one person didn't tell the other isn't my fault. I made full attempt to cancel my account along time ago. Which your company failed to dio. And has been illegally charging my account since then. I have not been using any of your services or been on your web site. basically your stealing. And I want my money back. Don't come out back at me with your s**t out of luck deal. You as a company need to give my money back. Let me sum it up to you.

Me as a potenial consumer came to your company in interest that it might better my company in turn was not satisfied with the services decided to cancel. Made full atempt to cancel. Now where your company messed up I don't know. But you been charging me for no reason at all. i don't want to read who didn't tell who or I didn't know I don't care put the money back into my account as of like yesterday. Or I'll be contacting the BBB and my opening a dispute with my bank and they'll get the money from you. We can do this the hard way. But really your stealing and I'll make sure I'll tell all friends and persons and post bullentins in exact detail about your company and its thieving methods. And poor poor customer service and representatives.

Well if my order hasn't started yet why wouldn't I be refunded for something that hasn't even happended yet. And besides I'm very upset cause all this time I thought that I was getting my monies worth. And you haven't even been doing anything. Thats like giving you money for nothing. I don't think so. I want my money back. I'll take this up with my bank. And what about the 24.99 for the other program.

To Whom It May Concern,

So, I'm wondering since I canceled my accounts with you about 2 3 months ago why are you now charging my card. I Have Documentation proof that I have canceled this account on October 6, 2006. I have been charged for the past 3 months for a service that I thought I canceled. I purchased two programs one for 59.00 and one for 24.99. I canceled both of them because I wasn't satisfied with the service. I was refunded the 59.00 on October 11, 2006. And I wasn't refunded the 24.99 because that was a different program and there wasn't a refund for that program. I told the representative that I wanted both accounts canceled. So as I was looking thru my statement and saw I was being charged I was completely shocked I haven't even visited the site since October of 2006? I have the emails to prove it. So I was charged for October, November, December, and now January. A total of $99.96 your company illegal with drew from my account.

always use prepaid credit cards

To stop credit card happy merchants....try using a prepaid credit card either visa or mastercard. you can obtain these cards usually at your local bank. they sell them as a prepaid gift card. first...put only THE FIRST MONTH PAYMENT on the card and NOTHING ELSE! This will give you a chance to evaluate the online company services without the worry of them trying to suck the life out of your bank debit or solid visa or mastercard. now if you don't like it. the next time they try to charge that prepaid debit card all they will get is a huge DENIED!

I also recommend that if you do like the services you are using. keep buying a prepaid debit card for the next 3 months and keep using it that way until you are satisfied that this company is giving you your monies worth. I know it may sound like a hassle but it will save you a lot of trouble and you will have worry free sleep at night.

Believe me when i tell you to do this. i have had the experience of being burned more than once! by online merchants playing God with my credit card.
