I would suggest that you file a claim with the Internet Crime Complaint Center, which is a United States Government run agency run by the FBI and the National White Collar Crime Center.

I would hope that enough of us complain about InetGiant, they will react.

It only took me about 3 minutes to fill out the complaint form, and was fairly simple.

Their site is www.ic3.gov .
