I feel like I'm been RIPPED OFF Royaly!

To the CEO/Management of this Company,

Please acknowledge and respond!

This INFINII COMMERCE, I called and cancelled 69-days ago, and they are still binding me $69,85. Now to make it even worse, listen at this s*. The 1st time 5/26/2016)I called and cancelled I was told I should have done it this way, but she would cancel me and that I'd get an email.
No email so I get billed again though and this time I call again.

I talked to a lady who said her name was Morgan, I said nice name, so maybe you can get me cancelled this time! She puled my string's about I should have done this and that and that I should have been given a cancellation number from the 1st time.

So I said will you cancelled me this time and she said yes, for sure you will not be billed again and that she'd send me a cancellation email and cancellation number.

Well it's been 48 hours again, and NO cancellation email and of course that has your cancellation number.
So if this isn't a rip off, I don't know what is!
All I want is my MONEY back, and we'll part friends!

I'm 63 years old, I don't have time to play these games!
I cancelled in the 1st place because it wasn't as I was told.
An you don't have to be a genius to figure out if it's not
as you've been explained and NO one has called you, get OUT!
