Beware of Infinite Mind "EyeQ" sales tactics.

I called their sales phone after hearing their ad on the radio.

The salesperson said they needed my credit card # only for the $14.95 S&H charges. I asked if my credit card would automatically be charged after 30 days (for the purchase price) and she said NO.

At the beginning of the call I asked if there is a web site with info on the company and product, and the salesperson convinced me there wasn't.

I used the system, and found it to be somewhat useful, but not nearly as effective as their high performance claims.
What do you know? About a month and a half later, I discovered they charged my credit card $90.17 thirty days later, without my authorization.

After several calls to Infinite Mind customer service over 10 bus days, still no return phone call from them to resolve; then I wrote an email because they had told me they would listen to the audio recording of the sales call and call me back to resolve.
I rec'd a brief email reply, stating they listened to the audio recording of the call and that I had agreed to the charges!!

A few days and several calls later, a Cust. Svc Supervisor finally called me back and we listened to the recording of the call together. When I asked if my Ccard would be charged automatically after 30 days, she replied, "No." Twice during the call I asked if there is a web site with info on the company & product, and her reply was very cleverly misleading to 'no'.

Still they wanted to offer me to purchase the system for 20% off of $270.51 !!!

I have no doubt their product will be effective for some, but the company has a big problem with ethics.
