I too am suing them. I have found several intersting things about them. One, if you have the name of the photographer, try to get a receipt for the services rendered. They wont give it to you because they were only paid about $80 for the photos and $40 for the makeup. The photographer I contacted would not respond to me at all. I was told that the records disappear after the model is shot. I questioned this because he must have documentation of his income if he reports to the IRS. We are entitled to see what the photographer was paid since we "PAID FOR PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS"
There is nothing on the receipts that says that our money goes to Infinite talent and is up to their discretion how it is used. I wont let that rest either! I reported him and infinite talent to the BBB and FTC. I have looked into all the laws regarding this situation. We have the right to a full refund within 48 hours of request, or they may have to pay double what they charged us, SO, send a certified letter to them requesting refund as well as a fax, email whatever.
Also, they are a company that is a advance fee talent agency, which is ILLEGAL in California, also, having our photos on the website is also illegal. Contact the better business bureau as well as the federal trade commission to report this. You can also print out all of your reports and submit them to your credit card companys dispute department and ask for a charge back. Include all the fraud reports and a letter telling your story. The pattern will help put these people out of business. Also, you can go on local news channels for consumer alerts and tell your story. I AM!!!! I will also see them in court and I am sorry about you getting burned, I am just glad that you are taking action!!!!!
