Ralph Mannis owns and operates Infinitee Webdesign as a front. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT ever get involved with this Drug Addict Con Artist Nut. Ralph Mannis not only lacks the credentials, but morals and integrity that most human beings have. There is a reason he operates his business via the Internet, because if you ever meet Ralph Mannis in person, you will quickly see that he is not only from the 60's, but he's still stuck in the 60's along with the acid and drugs he's been taking all of these years. Meet with Ralph Mannis in person before doing any business with him, so that you will learn fro yourself that he doesn't look or act anything like he does over the Internet or the phone.
Ralph Mannis a very good actor. Ralph Mannis looks like a Charles Manson follower and also acts like one. Ralph Mannis was cut off from using Paypal for his scams, so he continuously uses some other Alias names with Paypal to process his con's via Paypal and other payment methods. Ralph Mannis hates the government for not legalizing drugs and hates the IRS even more for making him pay taxes on his income. Do Not ever get involved with this NUT or you will regret it for the rest of your life. Once Ralph Mannis finds out any information on you, no matter how little, he will become your worst nightmare. This is so, funny... First of all, this complaint is from someone in Wilmington, Delaware. (I do not have, nor did I ever have any clients or customers in Wilmington, Delaware and my credentials are impeccable. Secondly, this complainant does not know how to spell my name correctly. Thirdly, I don't drink, smoke or do anything else of the sort and have not for many decades. I do not hide on the Internet as my business address is and has been on the web for over 15 years. I was not cut off from PayPal for any type of scam, it was due to the artistic nude drawings on my art site that has a warning and disclaimer on the front page. PayPal would ban half the painters from the Renaissance if they tried to use PayPal without designating their site as having artistic nudity. Unfortunately, I like most people, did not read the fine print on PayPal's site. I do not use any alias' to work around PayPal's term of use. You can't! They do everything by your bank account, not user names.
I have over 200 satisfied full time clients and thousands of customers that I work with on and off without any complaints. With the exception of one Marc M. Brunet... Who hired me to build him 3 websites which I did and then he decided not to pay for them. (I presume from the style of rhetoric that this is his complaint) I posted a complaint about him back in 2010 and a bunch of other people added there two cents to the complaint witch can be seen at:
