 May 20th at 3:30 PM, I came into infinity Fairfield and was approached by John, a sales associate whom showed me the Q70. After a test ride I decided to make an offer for this car, once coming inside I was approached by Marlon Brown which made a very high counter offer and was very rude and arrogant about it and said its out of my budget, I didn't like his approach or his attitude so I decided to get up and leave the dealership. I then remembered that I forgot my key inside so I came back in to get them, Fiesel the general manager was in the room at the time when Marlon decided to give me another offer before I leave.

We then went to see the car again and I had a hand shake deal with Marlon Brown in front of a few witnesses, he confirmed the amount includes tax, he first tried to tell me plus tax and after I refused he said lets split the tax and after I refused again he agreed that the price includes the tax with a hand shake deal in front of witnesses. We then waited for a long time after running our credit which Brandy Norman said is tier 3 which I checked either way I was told by Brandy that I will pay an extra $15 for this credit difference which I agreed with her. Then after 5 hours of waiting and being left with there horrible attitudes I finally sat down with Marlon Brown who basically just told me to sign everywhere without explaining anything to me,

he kept on saying don't worry just sign here and you are set to go and I asked him several times to show me the numbers once again before I sign and he continued to say don't worry it's whatever was agreed. After I understood that this is all scam they are trying to cheat me into getting out of the original price that Marlon Brown an Infinity employee gave me I got very frustrated and Marlon just said to leave his office and ripped up the agreement. My co-worker asked to get copies of what I signed and he said NO. I have never seen so much disrespect and humiliation in my lifetime. This was handled in a very unprofessional matter and at this point I am will be going against this dealership as a principal matter,

my family comes from wealth, so money is not an issue, I will be sure to use all our resources to make sure you don't continue this behavior towards anyone else because nobody deserves this kind of treatment especially when we are dealing with a reputable car company. I will make sure the right people at infinity understand exactly what was done to me. I have several witnesses who heard and saw everything including your employees. I was treated with disrespect and also cheated by this dealership, they left us hanging for over 5 hours just to try and frustrate me probably another one of your staff's tricks. All I wanted was to come into Infinity and get a good experience and buy enjoy a new infinity and instead I left humiliated.
