Infinity Auto Insurance Refused to pay claim Nationwide Nationwide

I purchased a new vehicle November 2014 and insured the car with Infinity Auto. I damaged my new car :( in July, 2015. Infinity auto insurance was my insurance carrier from the day I drove the vehicle off the lot untill at least a month after the date of damage or date of loss. I carried comp and collision with a deductable. The damage to my car - based on the estimate from infinity - is about $3000. They have refused to pay the claim. Any of it. They are using some crazy langugue they say is in the policy about my having tryed to purchase another vehicle just before the damage occured. So what? They were my insurance from start to finish. How could they not be liable for the claim? I have filled a complaint with the Arizona Department of insurance, which, so far, has not helped at all. Stay away from this company guys.
