After feeling my husband was ripped off we went researching Infinity Group Services on the internet. We were shocked to find there were others who had fallen a victim of IGS.
We also found a website specifically for those that have been a victim of Infinity Group Services. We found it at http://igsripoff.com.
Researching further, we found that the CEO Kahram Zamani and Infinity Group Services were sued in Federal Court on March 19, 2009. The suit was filed in the Fraud/Truth-in-Lending office.

Infinity Group Services claims to have a (A+) rating by the Better Business Bureau, when infact they have an (F). KFI radio am 640 advertises this company and is infact endorsed by one of their talk show hosts.

We found a former employee from this company that posted this comment; it says, "I worked for this company (IGS) sad to say. They had me telling people day in and day out how we would save their home and changes their lives. I left after 3 months and over 250 people had paid me the $995.00 fee with the intention of IGS helping so save their home. If you come in contact with this company run the other way and savethe loss of time and money. We found this at http://complaints.com

They charged my husband's credit card for their up front fee of $995.00. Once the fee was paid they didn't seem very interested in following up with the loan. We called over and over to find the status of our loan, but our calls were not returned, e mails were misteriously not received. When we did get ahold of someone we were told the loan was being handled by another person and then another person. We finally spoke to a Matt Zurbuck claiming to be a supervisor who told us the loan was being worked on. Months later we do not have a loan and we don't have our $995.00 refunded. What do we do?

We will no longer listen to KFI radio because of this and obviously learned our lesson. We should of went to our bank and discussed our options with them rather than falling a victim of this Kahram Zamani.
