Never go by sixty cent on the pound and they do not care about your stuff but if you paid for the insurance and trust me it is worth it. I should have done that and I was manipulated, and everything is going to be ok. Bronx New York

The person who signed me up and made me wonderful offer. This company does bait and switch or low ball tactics.  Do not ever signed up for sixty cent on the pound if you have values of any kind.  They do not care about what you own and it not their problem.  So before anyone moves research and always allow for full insurance.   Trust me you will not have headaches this way.  This is how people fall to be victim.  

My story, was I just lost my husband back in 2012 and I was not thinking my wheels were turning and I had so much to do.  I was also in the middle of going to school. 

When I was looking for moving company and she was very nice and trust me they are all very nice and they get you into these deals and especially, before the summer. 

My stuff was station in the Bronx, NY for over a month.  I recieved my belonging the middle of July of 2012 and in that course of time.  My filing cabinet was damaged and that where I storage some valuables and I had Gold and Silver.   My gold was missing and it was in the filing cabinet.   Trust me I still have those pictures and I am really pissed off. I had to make a police report and I was pissed. I just buried my husband and so much went down.  Furthermore, my desk chair that was also brand new was broken, and many other things were missing.  I was not very happy camper about my gold, the filing and chair and both brand new.  

It took me a very long time to get things going and trust me I had a lot to do.  By the time I submitted to the company I had to submitted to and they no longer used them.  Everything was submitted to orginial company.  At first, they offered me 37.00 and then they reoffered 90.00 dollars.  I was so mad and I had called down to the police department in the Bronx, and they never did nothing, nothing. 

I made a complaint to BBB and they could not resolved it and now I am sending my complaint to Attorney General Office.  It appears at this time, the reviews are so outstanding and amazing.  The reviews of this company are not so outstanding and amazing back in 2012 and before.   They were horrible and had a C rating with BBB and now they have A rating.  Either, they have different owner or someone shape up. 

Words of wisdom, anything you use a full moving company and just get full insurance and you have your case.  If you do sixty cent on the pound and you come out with lost and potatoes and they do not care about you belonging because they know they do not have to pay.  It is rip off with movers and should be changed.   Words of wisdom and to the wise and do not be victim.   

This case has not been settled and it going to Attorney General Office and yes, it been three years now, statue of limitation is five.    I just had so much going on and now I just getting around to this.   I will let you know the outcome.  Yes, my gold was worth 8000.00.
