Infinity Moving & Storage, Inc. Rip-off, liars, breach of contract, fraud , delayed delivery, worst experience ever Internet

Hired Colonial Van lines who contracted our move to infinity moving & storage, inc. Our estimated delivery was between 8/17 and 8/30. After several attempts to contact both companies, we were given the run around. With a big move like this we expected our belongings to be delivered in a timely manner . 

My boyfriend and I had to keep calling for updates! I called the week of the 30th, colonial told me delivery would be that day... And then told me no, it will be the following Tueday sept 3.

Our delivery is now over a  week late from our contract. When I called the driver, Alex,  directly after numerous calls he finally picked up and told me he was in Houston and our belongings will be delivered by 5:30 the following day, I asked the driver to call me when he would be on his way.  Next day comes its past 5:30 so I call the driver whose phone is now off. Now I have to wait another day. I called infinity and spoke to Avi who told me that the driver's truck broke down in louisianna!! How is that possible when he told me he was already in Texas?!? I told avi I want our belongs today! And se said well that's not possible. I told her I'm going to file a report for theft and she told me to give the police the number.

I then called Marjorie at  colonial vans to tell them what was going on who then put me on hold to call infinity. She gets back on the phone with me and says the driver is broken down in Texas according to a representative at infinity. I am now beyond heated with these back and forth lies!  I want our belongings!

Later on I get a call from Diana a anthem who handles claims for infinity an tells me the drivers truck broke down and she will check in in Monday! Tags two more days 

Beyond sick to my stomach!

I was promised one deposit (the lesser of three) back from colonial and infinity is deducting 30 off each day late but that is not enough!
