Do Not Even Bother With this promotion! Its such a scam and waste of your time and money!!!!! I received a promotion in the mail for free round trip airfare vouchers for $1300 if I came and listened to a new travel agency Global Travel presentation. It clearly stated that the vouchers would be honored even if we did not move forward with the travel agency. Well the first problem is that they use a rip off third party called Infinity Travel to coordinate your travel plans. BIIIIIIG MISTAKE! They are awful. They try to trick you with their vague timelines and impossible deadlines. We somehow got through the loop and followed their rules and regulations to a "T" and made sure we stayed within every single trick they try to throw at you. They wanted us to pick three dates and destination and make sure it is not two weeks within a holiday which was fine. So  We finally got to the light at the end of the tunnel and received an email stating that they could not honor the first date (surprise surprise) but we would receive an email for the status on our next choice.

Well we did alright and next thing you know they tried to send us a $1500 bill. I honestly saw red at this point. I immediately went online and for two people flying direct round trip to our destination with us bringing our 10 month infant (who flies for free) it would have only been $1028. I couldnt believe it. We did agree to add car rental which we researched and would have only been $400. They told us the only thing we would have had to pay was taxes and insurance which as only $44 when I looked it up myself. When I called customer service they tried to say that they dont get break downs of the costs and that they could have the booking agent call me. Which they did and I missed their call and their message had me calling the stupid customer service agents again. I have called there numerous times since then and nothing has been resolved. There answer is always well you can write this address and ask for a refund. Well no!!! I am not going to let them get away with it that easy. I will get my refund for sure! But they need to be held accountable for there shady work around bull crap ways and give me the FREEEEEEEE airfare that was promised to me. If anyone else has had this experience please let me know of any VPs or presidents name and email and phone numbers that I can have. I will not be done with this company until I get not only my money back but my free tickets. Social media will eat them alive once I am done!
