INFINITY VAN LINES Dan Chase Bait & Switch Marketing - Fraudulent - Dishonest HALLANDALE Florida

Contracted with this scam artist to move a bedroom set from Apopka, Florida to Milton Freewater, Oregon under their contract# 737227. Sent them EXACT dimensions, pics and complete details. They generated a quote, took an ACH deposit and scheduled a move for today (8-25-15) Their compnay showed up at the location and promply told me that the bedroom set was larger than they expected (aqll this done on the phone with us as we were not there) I told them how could it be larger than expected when I sent them EXACT dimensions and pics? Of course no answer for that...they also told us we could paqck the drawer full in the dressers. They told us then that they would have to remove everything and pack them in boxes for an additional fee (bait and switch again) They also wanted to be paid again...We told them no and to leave the house. They told us that we would be forfieting our deposit of $557.00.

Then I received a call from Dan the Man's manager who tried to have us agree to load it in the van and then agree on a new dimension. I told them no. He admitted that they had received pics and dimensions but it was bigger than they thought. We told them that dimensions CANNOT be bigger than they are :-) The manager just did a lot of double talking and lying and finally hung up on us when we would not listen to his BS.

RIPP OFF...Plain and simple. We will contact our bank and get our money back. AVOID THESE PEOPLE like the PLAGUE. Vheck them out there ar 6 reports here on this site...read them and weep. 

Crooks. Thieves, Scam artists, bait and switch salepeople.
