Infinity Wholesale & Flash Wholesale ripoff San Bernardino & Riverside California

I attended the 2nd interview at 2257 Business Way, Riverside CA. My initial interview was with Yolanda at 435 Orangeshow Lane in San Bernardino. I encountered the exact same spill from Regional Manager Chris Westpha. I was probably the oldest applicant. Most of them were in their 20's including Yolanda & George who had initially interview me as the manager.

The 2nd interview was full of cursing. An acronym for Bitc......was used and Chris' protege, Marc of Colorado, a black kid was referred to as my n*g... which was very unprofessional, and insulting. Even if as friends, and playful it was not professional.

I was not told the interview would last over 3 hours. When I decided to leave, Chris, told the group, that he was glad because he hated to have to tell me that I would not be selected.

We were also told about the FFAAR marketing concept and that we would learn 5 ways but only 2 would be used.

Chris stated that the agency was the 3rd fastest growing private company and number 1 fragrance co, with over 600 offices. If the company is using these independent contractors, then they are mis-representing & inflating their assets and definitely maniulating the system to their advantage. We were told we would receive $250.00 to $350.00 per wk take home pay. Nothing about takes was ever explained.

We were also told that fragrances can not be patent and that their fragrances are 99% the same as the originals. He referred to boot camp learning Marketing & Merchandising, Training and evaluating, management & admin. We were told that there are no quotas in training. In addition we were told an average manager can expect to earn 52,000 he did say after taxes.

After his comments my intentions were to contact Larry Hagn and let him know how his offices were being ran. When I went to search Infinity Wholesale, I could not find anything so I searched Larry Hahn's name and found all the negative info.

I guess I was lucky to only have lost 3 hours.
