Infocom USA of Pilot Mountain, NC - President, Randall Keirl - sent an invoice for several hundred dollars to our organization for inclusion in his "business directory".
When calling to dispute the invoice and the order for a "listing", the scamboy on the phone produced an audio recording of a member of the household of an organization officer stating he was "authorized to confirm the listing on behalf of" the officer.
Infocom USA apparently obtains names and phone numbers for organizations and businesses off the internet, and manipulates unsuspecting family members or co-workers into reciting phrases that they then record for some sort of 'evidence' of a previous order.

Dear Jeff,
Are you sure you are not the "owner" of this company?
If the CD is so fantastic, as you assert, why do you have to resort to fraud to sell it? Seems good old word of mouth and friendly customer service would have them jumping off the shelves.
