INFOFREE does not have any contract and as such allows the sales people to misrepresent INFOFREE service under the manager’s  Layth Al-Turk (hereinafter “Manager”) cover:  Manager confirmed by email of 5/28/2014 : “You actually did not sign any sort of contract in order to use our service.  You did, however, give us compensation, in the form of money, and in return, we provided you with a service for a period of 12 months

I paid $499.50 in compensation of the service described as a block of 15,000 leads at half-price downloadable from INFOFREE’s computer within one year but I DID NOT RECEIVE THE SERVICE DESCRIBED BY THE SALESMAN.  The salesman sales told me that paying $499.50 in consideration for a “block of leads” was the best and cheapest way but omitted to reveal that in case INFOFREE would close my account any remaining leads credited will be lost.  I had to suspend downloading leads because of heart surgery but I still had a credit of 6430 remaining leads.   INFO FREE cancelled my agreement without consulting me and misappropriated my credit of 6430 remaining paid leads taking advantage of their policy not having a contract and my inability to download leads for being incapacitate.

I explained my situation and requested Manager to re-credit the 6430 leads.  In response to my request, Manager refused and wrote on 5/28/2014: “A LOT of our customers don’t use our service to download records.”

Any salesman’s misrepresentations can be covered by Manager since there is no written agreement.

Manager offered to re-credit my 6430 leads if I would pay another  $699.00 and supported his refusal by email of May 8, 2014 as follows:  “If I have a yearly membership to a gym, which allows me access to everything the gym has to offer, but I choose not to go to the gym for a few months.  At the end of my membership, if I choose NOT to renew my membership for another year, they will not offer me access for the days I did not go to the gym when I was paying for membership. This is the same situation here.

Manager voluntarily omits to write that a yearly membership to a gym MUST have a written agreement and as a general rule, if a member fails to use the gym for medical reason, he/she will be compensated proportionally.

This is the way that INFOFREE does business;  If they do not deliver what the salesman  promised they misappropriate your leads by cancelling  the agreement. IN CONCLUSION, before dealing with INFOFREE, request a written agreement (but be aware about how INFOFREE and their Manager scam their customers).

FREE INFOFREE IS NOT FREE

AUTHOR: - ()

POSTED: Thursday, August 13, 2015

It is true that INFOFREE gave me what belonged to me, the 6,400 leads they took under false pretext.  But it took me expertise, time and a fight with Manager Layth who finally WAS ORDERD BY THE PRESIDENT -IN WRITTING- to release them to me WHICH ADMITTED HE WAS WRONG.  Layth Al-TURK released them reluctantly but barred me as his repraisail to use the INFOFREE LEADS service in the future. For the record, Layth AND the Presdient are barring me to reactivate my membership as a regular member paying my dues TO PUNISH ME FOR HAVING FILED THIS COMPLAINT WITH RIPOFF.COM.  INFOFREE is one of the US best provider of leads at the best price BUT ALSO THE WORST Americsan Business DISCRIMINATING by SELECTING THEIR CUSTOMERS, violating the basic business laws of free enterprise reminding me that "blacks and jews" were legally prohibited in some restaurants not too long ago.
So if you do not mind to kiss lAYTH'S behind and will accept to do whatever he wants you to do in violation of the American Free Eneterprise spirit, fairness and common sense, buy your leads from INFOFREE. If you like our FREE ENTERPRISE and do not agree with their discriinatory policy buy your leads from on of their competitors.  If you count the numbers of "no leads" they are not as good leads that they want you to believe. I experienced more than 30% "no leads" in some business categories (i.e, taxi companies).

Update to Tom Delor's Complaint

AUTHOR: Layth - (USA)

POSTED: Wednesday, August 12, 2015

I could go through the complaint line by line, but that would be a waste of time for me and anyone who is reading this complaint.

Tom CHOSE to cancel his annual subscription after it automatically renewed on 5/12/2015.  Tom was issued a refund of $499.50 for the renewal charge, and the account was cancelled.  When an account is cancelled, the log-in information is de-activated and the account can no longer be accessed. In order to receive his refund, Tom could not download any additional records.  Tom agreed to this condition and was issued a FULL refund of $499.50.

At no point was there any misrepresentation on the part of infofree.com.  In order to try to accommodate Tom, we actually made an exception to our terms and conditions and agreed to send him 6,500 leads.

Anyone who reads this complaint and has ANY hesitation, please contact me directly at, layth@infofree.com.   I will be happy to address your concerns by providing additional information regarding this complaint.  Thank you!
